Non-Members (meeting only):
$1,595 -First and second registrant
$1,495 -Additional registrants from the same firm

Dinner Table (10 seats): $6,950

Registration fees include admission to all business sessions, meeting materials, and breakfast and lunch.
All fees must be paid in advance.

Refund Policy: The Association will issue refunds, each subject to a $150 service charge, on cancellations received in writing on or before May 10, 2006. No refunds will be issued on cancellations after this date. Substitutes are welcome at any time.

Hotel Reservations: For your convenience, a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved until April 27, 2006 at the Waldorf-Astoria, 301 Park Avenue, New York City.
