This Lunch & Learn event is intended to address the breakdown of the fiduciary duties of asset managers in connection with the execution of fixed income securities trades on behalf of managers' accounts. What is the relevance of electronic trading and the cost of e-trading? How should a manager assess “facts and circumstances”? Up to date trends concerning price discovery. Industry-wide next steps to foster a greater degree of educational awareness regarding buyside best execution considerations.
