What is the likely follow-up to the SEC's Concept Release?
The SEC received over 50 comment letters in mid-July concerning the question of automating the matching and allocations process, whether to shorten the settlement cycle and the dematerialization of securities. We will hear from the SEC regarding next steps in this process.
How do industry members envision the development of best practices concerning STP?
Buyside and sellside professionals will comment on representations that the industry itself can make progress regarding the automation of institutional trade processing. Vendors will describe how their success to date can be further employed by market participants, including asset managers and custodians.
Learn how The Asset Managers Forum is also driving the STP solution.
How can the AMF and TBMA balance RTTM in connection with inter-dealer trades with similar standards involving customer trades? Panelists will discuss how STP advancements can facilitate opportunities to possibly expand dealers' distribution capabilities.
